Happy April Fools Day!!! Taking a Neighbors Yard Art on a Photo Shoot around Mt Pleasant and Sullivan's Island
/Happy April Fools Day!!! For a month or so we have been planning to take a neighbor and close friend’s yard art on a photo shoot around Mt Pleasant and Sullivan’s Island. We took this pelican to some of our favorite places around town. Around 2:00pm we made it to the house and took the yard art. We took photos to document our escape.
Below are pictures from our pelican yard art adventure and the yard art has been safely returned to his owners.
Here he is hanging out in a yard in Old Village. He has no idea the adventure he is about to embark on.
Roo taking the pelican yard art from Heather Drive in Mt Pleasant, SC. Teaching good habits at a young age.
Our first stop was to a neighborhood that Pelican Properties manages in Old Mt Pleasant… We did a little work while on our photo shoot picking up dues payments.
He likes to garden.
Then we went to the Duffy Fields next to Mt Pleasant Academy to play some baseball.
His house is zoned for great schools like Mt Pleasant Academy. Yard art likes to learn too.
We went fishing and sightseeing at Pitt Street Bridge.
To Alhambra Hall to see the container ships coming in and out of the Charleston Harbor.
We sat under the live oak trees at Alhambra Hall Park located in Old Village.
He likes to swing in the park.
We went to visit a home in Chelsea Park that Pelican Properties has for rent.
Then for frozen yogurt at TCBY where Pelican Properties has regular marketing meetings.
We broke the rules and went fishing anyways. Some rules are meant to be broken.
We went to an old abandoned house on Sullivan’s Island located on the intracoastal waterway.
… and saw the Sullivan’s Island lighthouse.
… of course we needed to take in some sunshine on Sullivan’s Island beach
We took our pelican friend on a tour of Fort Moultrie
Some tourists thought the pelican yard art was a souvenir we had purchased from the gift shop.
He likes golf cart rides too!
He helped me list some rental properties in the office… and now it’s time to take him home.
Friends Caroline and Chay get their pelican yard art back. Happy April Fools Day!!
