After- we transformed the bathrooms in this harborgate shores home from green and yellow tile tub surrounds to clean white tub surrounds with lightly colored walls and new toilets.

before- The floors on this charleston home had a film on them. we wanted to clean and stain the floors to get this property in showing condition to rent.
During- pelican properties team used a floor scrubber and floor cleaner to sand and scrub the floors.
during- we used a light stain to accent the natural floor color
after- these floors have been restored to their original color and the property rented for the highest rental rate in the neighborhood complex.
AFTER- this home in mt pleasant was completely repainted including walls, ceilings, and trim the same color. The kitchen cabinets were refinished a light ivory with top of the line matte paint and new glass door knobs.

After- this was my favorite project of the summer. we refnished the kitchen cabinets navy blue to complement the butcher block countertops and installed new antique brass hinges and door knobs. the owner installed all new stainless steel appliances (not pictured)
