Pelican Properties is a licensed specialty contractor with the SC Residential Builders Commission. We complete cosmetic home renovations, move out repairs, painting, and handyman projects to get houses ready to rent or sell. Our Agents oversee remodel and improvement projects to increase the value of investment properties.
