The carriage house is separate from the main house.  There is a utility allowance for both houses. Utilities include electricity, water, sewer, and trash pickup.  Excess of utility allowance for property will be billed 1/3 to Unit B and 2/3 to Unit A.  Utility invoices to be paid within fifteen (15) days by tenants upon receipt.
