Owners provide a utility allowance of $175.00 for the entire house for electricity, water, and sewer.  Balance is billed 2/3 to Unit A and 1/3 to Unit B to be paid on a net fifteen (15) basis when received.  Unit B tenant is responsible for back yard landscaping and Unit A tenant is responsible for front yard landscaping.  Pets negotiable with pet fee.
